AARP ‘Smart Driver’ Course is Offered Friday
Helping older drivers cope with changing reaction times and other traffic situations has been the focus of the AARP Smart Driver Safety Course for years.
And it is offered again Friday, January 24, in Hamilton from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The four-hour course will cover new vehicle technologies, safe driving practices and skills, how driving has changed and assessing your own driving skills. There is no test or exam at the end of the session, yet participants can get insurance discounts in Montana by completing the course.
The cost is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members. Space is limited at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital conference room, so register as soon as possible at 363-6583.
