Alleged Rape Victim in Jordan Johnson Trial Takes the Stand [AUDIO]

The alleged victim who accused Jordan Johnson of raping her took the stand this afternoon Monday, Feb. 11, on the opening day of the trial. The alleged victim’s time on the stand began with a description of her background, and soon led into a recount of her interest in Johnson. It was her desire to get to know Johnson after breaking up with her boyfriend.
This included the pair’s contact at the Forester’s Ball prior to the night of the alleged rape. She admitted to being intoxicated after drinking multiple shots prior to going to the ball. She said she hugged Johnson when she saw him at the ball, but was there with her ex-boyfriend on a casual date.
The alleged victim testified that on the day of the night in question, she and Johnson began texting early in the afternoon. She suggested watching a movie, and said that she was just looking to get to know Johnson and did not intend to have sex with him.
Court broke at around 4:45 p.m. It will not reconvene again until 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13.
