Another Deer Carcass Left in Bitterroot Valley
Someone left the carcass of a large mule deer buck in the Skalkaho area after taking its head and antlers.
Game warden Justin Singleterry of Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks said the carcass was discovered by a hunter Saturday, November 12 near the turnoff to Dam Creek Lake on Forest Service road 1352. He said almost all the deer was wasted, which is against the law.
