BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A Ballantine woman convicted of aggravated animal cruelty after more than 200 sick and underfed dogs were seized from her property in July 2009 is arguing she can afford to care for more animals and needs 10 more goats to provide enough milk for herself and her animals.
