The ‘Love Actually’ Sequel Is Full of Reunions and Surprise Happy Endings

It’s been 14 years since a group of British actors starred in one the most widely debated Christmas movies of all time. Love Actually starred Andrew Lincoln before he was slaying zombies, Chiwetel Ejiofor before he was leading Best Picture-winning dramas, and that cute kid (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) kids before he was helping Bran Stark on Game of Thrones. A ‘Harry Potter’ Prequel Handwritten By J.K. Rowling Has Been Stolen

J.K. Rowling is a pretty gracious woman. Beyond giving us the Wizarding World, regularly answering Harry Potter fan questions on Twitter, and annually apologizing for character deaths, she also gives back a little. But the truth is, (oh god, I’m about to publicly out myself here…) I love Love Actually, and I don’t care what you think. So I found the new trailer for the reunion short film in honor of Red Nose Day, kind of stupidly cute? Sue me.

Watch Star Wars Celebration’s Beautiful Tribute to Carrie Fisher

Star Wars Celebration kicked off in Orlando this afternoon with a giant panel to honor the upcoming 40th anniversary of the beloved franchise. As exciting as it all was, including guest appearances by everyone from George Lucas to Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford, there was still a glimmer of sadness in the air as one member of the gang was absent this year. The loss of Carrie Fisher last December left a stain of melancholy across not only the Star Wars fanbase, but all of Hollywood. To celebrate the brilliance, charisma and warmth Fisher gave us throughout her lengthy career, and the iconic status of General Leia Organa, LucasFilm paid tribute to the actress in a beautiful video.

Quick, name the quirkiest character Jim Broadbent has played. Are you thinking of his plastic surgeon in Brazil? Or maybe his zany Moulin Rouge! owner.
