I have been hearing people talk about the Paleo diet. I didn’t know what it was, so I finally got curious enough and looked it up. The Paleo diet is eating only natural foods that cavemen, or paleolithic men, would have ate. The main foods eaten with this diet are eggs, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts and game meat.
I was given a rhubarb plant a few years ago by my mother. The first year I had it it did not produce much fruit, but over the past couple of years, I have gradually been able to harvest some rhubarb. This year, my rhubarb crop seems to be quite exceptional. I have already cut and chopped up enough rhubarb to make a batch of jam and June has just begun.
I’m a coffee lover. Most of the time I enjoy my coffee hot, but on hot spring or summer days, the last thing I want is a hot drink. So in order to satisfy my coffee craving without having to endure the heat, I often mix up a cold version of my favorite coffee drink.

Growing up, I can remember my mom and older brothers making unbake cookies. My brothers and my mom loved to make them because they were quick and easy, and full of chocolate. I had only made them once since becoming a mom, but when I did, my boys loved them.
