Suspect Caught Videotaping Women at Splash Montana [AUDIO]
A 37 year-old Missoula man was taken into custody on Saturday at Splash Montana after he was caught allegedly videotaping adult women in the family changing area. Lieutenant Scott Brodie with the Missoula Police Department says the as yet unidentified man was in the handicapped restroom stall while he reached over the top to videotape the women.

Confirmed – Gee Says Johnson Keeps Scholarship for Now [AUDIO]
University of Montana Athletic Director Jean Gee confirmed to KGVO News on Friday that former Grizzly quarterback Jordan Johnson will be able to keep his athletic scholarship, should he decide to return to classes in the fall. Gee says the charge of sexual intercourse without consent may have led to Johnson’s suspension from the football team, but his scholarship remains intact.

Jordan Johnson Case Has County Attorney Talking About Grand Juries in Montana [AUDIO]
After the high-profile charges against now former Grizzly quarterback Jordan Johnson were made public by Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg, questions began to arise about the process used to file those charges, including the fact that a grand jury was not empaneled. Van Valkenburg said the Montana legislature has given county attorneys the authority to file charges based upon an affidavit reviewed by a judge allowing the filing of charges.
