Friday, what was billed as an evening of "eclectic" music at the Ravalli County Museum lived up to the definition - featuring piano music, a bell choir and bluegrass tunes.

Director Tamar Stanley and the Bitter Root Preservation Society Board came up with thefundraising idea and invited Jona Roe to play piano, Mike and Tari Conroy to sing and play the bluegrass portion of the night and the Presbyterian Church Bell Choir to provide a unique centerpiece for the event.

The evening also included tours of the often unseen parts of the museum - the archives and some of the preparation areas.
