The Missoula County Coroner’s office has released the name of the man whose body was found Wednesday evening in the Clark Fork River.

Missoula County Sheriff’s Captain Brad Giffin said the victim was Jack Pray, 60, of Missoula, and that the cause of death was drowning.

Missoula Police Department Detective Sergeant Jim Klawitter said the manner of Pray’s death is still under investigation.

“The Montana State Crime Lab is still investigating to determine if there might have been any foul play involved in the man’s death,” Klawitter said. “That information will be released when we receive that report.”
