It's that time of year when everybody has to change their sleeping habits. Mountain Daylight Time becomes Mountain Standard Time for a few months.

Daylight Savings Time goes away at 2 a.m. this Sunday, November 4. The phrase to remember is "Spring Forward, Fall Back." I also call it "Spring ahead, Fall behind," though that just describes my work ethic.

Anyway, when you go to bed Saturday night, set your clock back one hour and you'll be on time when you get up Sunday morning. Of course, your body will think you're sleeping in. Don't feel guilty. Enjoy. They'll just take the hour back next year. Dang it.

Of course, if you live in Arizona - a non-DST state - you laugh at the rest of the world and welcome Montana back to the Mountain Time Zone.
