Campgrounds Close for Fall and Winter

The Bitterroot National Forest will be closing some of the campgrounds and facilities for the fall and winter seasons.
The Lake Como Campgrounds will be closing for the season, Woods Cabin at the lake is also closed for the season.
On the Sula Ranger District, the McCart and Medicine Point Lookouts are closed for the season. Indian Trees and Warmsprings Campgrounds will close September 30.
Almost all other areas and trailheads will remain open until closed by snow. For a complete listing, the Bitterroot National Forest website has more.
