The flag flies high above the Corvallis Cemetery, which has over 400 veterans buried in the rows.

Now, thanks to work by the Corvallis American Legion Post 91 and Doug Mason, small signs were set up on Memorial Day to better locate graves of veterans. The small white signs are along the interior road and list names of the men and women who served in the military in each row.

On Memorial Day, the names of all veterans who are buried there were read at a public ceremony, followed by Taps, played on an old, historic bugle.
