Helping families get control of spending is the goal of Katelyn Anderson's free class Thursday, April 20, at the North Valley Public Library in Stevensville.

Anderson, from the MSU Extension Office in Hamilton, will have a number of tips in the two-hour session - addressing credit card use, making ends meet and saving for the future.

She said there will be interactive examples of creating a spending plan or budget, prioritizing bill payment, and creating a plan for the future.

Anderson is asking those who plan to attend to pre-register at the MSU Extension Office at 375-6611 or e-mail Katelyna@montana.edu.

The North Valley Public Library is at 208 Main in Stevensville and the phone number is 777-5061.
