The joint will be jumpin' Friday night in Hamilton when Davina and Vagabonds come to Hamilton's Performing Arts Center.

The group has been enjoying increasing popularity on a nationwide tour, according to Laurie Ruffner, Executive Director of the Bitterroot Performing Arts Council. She told KLYQ that the concerts have been selling out in the midwest, as the group makes its way to the Bitterroot Valley.

Davina writes many of her own songs with a New Orleans flavor. The Vagabonds also brings some great renditions of classic R&B and jazz tunes.

The Friday night concert starts at 8 p.m. and tickets are being sold at the Performing Arts website or at the BPAC Box Office, 127 West Main, open Tuesday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Or call at (406) 363-7946.

Next up for the series is a return engagement with Darrell Scott, April 29.

The annual fundraising evening for the council will be May 13 at the St. Francis Community Center. Get more information at the BPAC Box Office.
