"Little Shop of Horrors" found a television audience in the 1950s (with an appearance by Jack Nicholson) and has been a successful movie.
But you really haven't seen "Little Shop" unless you've seen the stage play. The Stevensville Playhouse will present the comedy musical for three weekends, starting May 6th at the cozy theatre on Main Street in Stevensville.
Directed by Karrie Mallino, the show includes a bit of adult humor and language, but it only adds to the fun that includes small plant that grows into a stage-consuming behemoth.
In the cast: Alex Kelly is Seymour, Jennifer Doering is Audrey, Christopher Greensweight is Mr Mushnick and Patrick Fulbright is the Dentist.
Curtain time is 8pm Friday and Saturday nights and matinees are Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 2pm from now until May 22. Call 777-2722 for ticket information.
