‘Final Verdict’ Raises Ire of Law Enforcement [AUDIO]

That feature drew calls from Missoula law enforcement, due to the misleading information it contained regarding the subject of Miranda warnings. I spoke with Senior Deputy Bill Burt with the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department and he provided excellent case law that all our listeners should hear. That interview is attached. With the recent rash of DUI arrests and fatality accidents, Burt wanted to clarify the legal aspects of a DUI stop.
