Fire at Old Stimson Lumber Mill [AUDIO]
A fire was reported Saturday evening at about 6:30 at the old Stimson lumber mill in Bonner. Missoula Rural Fire and several other agencies responded to the blaze. Assistant Battalion Chief Shannon Brownlee says the fire was primarily in the upper level of the building and was quickly knocked down.
Brownlee says Missoula Rural Fire personnel were on the scene mopping up until early Sunday morning. He said no one was injured, and that investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire. Comments by Shannon Brownlee are below.
