Florence Bike Trail Needs Some ‘Adoptive’ Parents

However, the Florence Civic Club is hoping to get some help in maintaining the path. The club helps keep the path in operating shape, but organizations or groups of people (families) could be helpful in monthly trash pickups and weed pulling.
The club is asking those interested to adopt the first Saturday of each month to clean up a section of the trail. There has been response already, but some months and sections are still open.
