A successful night at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds Saturday, with the Third Annual Bitterroot Cowboy Ball.

Lots of cowboy hats, boots and smiles as the country band Kyle Shobe and the Walk’em Boys played a wide range of current and classic country tunes. The dance styles were varied – everything from Texas Two-Step to Jitterbug.

The bidding was fast and furious for the live auction and some folks grabbed some great bargains in the silent auction at the fairgrounds’ Event Center.

The line for the barbeque meals was long, but the wait was worth it. And the bar was active.

Proceeds from the evening is going toward repair and renovation of the Ravalli County Fairgrounds horse stalls.
