Fund the 4th of July Fireworks
In order to have a “bang-up” fireworks display in Hamilton on the 4th of July, the community needs to raise some money. The City of Hamilton was successful last year in getting things rolling with a donation and is repeating the offer this year. The city has put aside $2,500 in a bank account and is asking others to donate to the fireworks fund. Officials hope to raise over $10,000 for a bare minimum in order to put on a good show. Drop by the City Hall on South 2nd Street in Hamilton to find out more.
