Half-Naked Missoula Man Charged With Burglary and Resisting Arrest [AUDIO] [DOCUMENT]

37 year-old Shane Roy Davis of Missoula was arrested Monday morning after allegedly breaking into a 4th Street home, and allegedly exposing himself to the two female residents inside.
According to court documents, a three year-old child walked into the living room and found Davis on the couch in a state of undress. The little girl ran to her mother’s room, where the woman called police.
When they arrived, Davis had fallen asleep, and as they awakened him, he pushed them away.
Davis was taken into custody and charged with felony burglary, indecent exposure and having a concealed weapon

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark says she will ask for bail of at least $10,000.
Clark says the maximum penalty for felony burglary is up to 20 years in the Montana State Prison and a $50,000 fine.
