A free seminar in Hamilton will provide tips on how individuals can take control of their own personal health.

Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital is hosting a panel discussion called "Take Control of Your Health" Thursday, November 2, at 5:30 p.m. in the hospital's Blodgett and Canyon View conference rooms. Use the hospital's main south entrance.

Dr. Anthony Navone will talk about heart issues, RN Stacy Epling will comment on managing chronic diseases and there will be diabetes information from Providence Medical Group.

The doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for free blood pressure checks, posture checks and various other booths with health information.

The panel presentation starts at 5:30 p.m.
