The Hamilton School Board will be interviewing three finalists for the position of Hamilton High School principal on Monday and Tuesday, March 18 and March 19.

According to Superintendent Tom Korst, the three candidates for the job of departing principal Kevin Conwell will be available for a community "meet and greet" at 6 p.m. Monday at the Hamilton High School library.

Conwell has been hired as principal of Bozeman High School starting this summer.

The finalists are:

  • Dan Kimzey, Hamilton Middle School principal
  • Dan Johnston, Victor Middle School and High School principal
  • Tres Genger, Charles Lindbergh High School principal in Renton, WA.

The finalists will be individually interviewed by the Hamilton School Board during the two-day campus visit.
