Tuesday evening, the Hamilton Broncs dominated the scoring in defeating the Stevensville Yellowjackets 76 to 51. The basketball game was pretty even to start the evening, but the second quarter saw the Broncs start pulling away with a halftime score of 38 to 19 over the Yellowjackets. At the end of three periods, Hamilton led 53 to 30 and the final score was Hamilton 76 Stevensville 51.

Thursday night, the Lady Broncs make the trip to Stevensville for a conference game. The final regular season game for the Broncs and Lady Broncs will be Saturday, February 9, when they host Dillon in a double header starting at 4 p.m. at the Hamilton School gym. By the way, the Tuesday win for Hamilton gives them a 'bye' in the first part of the District Tournament that starts February 14 in Butte. Then the Class A Divisionals come to Hamilton, with winners going to State at Great Falls.
