Hamilton School Board to Discuss the Grantsdale and Daly Schools Monday

On the agenda, a topic that has come up a few times before, the possible closure of Grantsdale Elementary School. Superintendent Tom Korst brought up the subject a month ago, and talked about consolidating the classes in Grantsdale with classes at Daly Elementary School.
Also, there will be a report on school district enrollment numbers and how that will affect the budget in state funding.
Discussion will also center on problems with the Hamilton High School gym floor re-finishing and solutions to the issue.
Preceding the board meeting, the Curriculum Committee will meet at 5 p.m. to discuss health and PE classes with teachers. That meeting will be in the District office board room on Daly Avenue.
