Hamilton School District to Present Final Draft of Policy
The Hamilton School District will have a special board meeting Monday, November 5th, where the board will present the final draft of Police 1015-Mission and Goals. The public will have a chance to comment on the draft in what will be the Second Reading before the school board. That meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Daly Elementary School.
A Budget and Strategy Committee meeting will be at 5 p.m. November 13, where the staff and public feedback will be discussed, along with any revisions to the final draft of the Mission Statement. That meeting will be at the District board room, across Daly Avenue from Daly School.
The Third Reading of the Mission and Goals document will be November 26th at another special meeting of the board. That meeting is scheduled for the Daly Elementary School at 7 p.m.
It’s a busy month for the District 3 school board. The Operations Committee will meet November 7th at 5:30 in the district board room. On the full agenda will be reports and discussion of the maintenance and construction projects at Daly School, Washington School, the Performing Arts Center at Hamilton High and the boiler at Westview Family Center. The Daly drop-off and pick-up project will be discussed, as will security cameras and alarms at the schools.
The regular School Board meeting for November will be November 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the District board room.
