The Hamilton Broncs racked up another Class A football win Friday night in Frenchtown. The final score Hamilton 44 - Frenchtown 6.

The Hamilton team scored twice in the first quarter, but couldn't get a PAT and led 12-0 entering the second quarter. Frenchtown scored a touchdown but Hamilton continued to find the goal line and at the end of the 3rd quarter they led 41-6. A field goal in the fourth was the final score for Hamilton.

The game featured a memorable halftime show by the Bozeman marching band, on their way through town to a Spokane competition, but rain dampened the evening, soaking the field and drenching the spectators.

Hamilton will have Homecoming next week. A big bonfire is planned for Wednesday at the high school and the October 14 football game will be against Butte Central. The game at Haynes Field will be on the air at KLYQ 1240 AM and KLYQ.com.
