Hamilton’s Marcus Daly Home Health Is Number One [AUDIO]

Both nationally and statewide, the Home Health Care service at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital is at the top.
In 2012 rankings, based on the CMS Medicare website, the Hamilton service was Number 1 in Montana and was in the top 3 percent nationally, according to Director and Manager of the Home Health and Hospice service, Dr Jane Hron.
Hron said there are over 40 such agencies in the state and they all complete the same assessment forms which are sent to the state, and, in turn, to the national agencies.
Hron talked to us about the way the staff works to keep the patient in their own home. That requires instruction and some dedicated teamwork from the staff and the patient.
