Hamilton’s Weekend Was Crowded with Activities
From zombies to farmers market deals, the past weekend was quite full of activities.
The zombies were part of the Ravalli County Museum's Zombie Apocalypse Saturday. They had a scavenger hunt competition with an occasional haunted house thrown in (thanks, Jerry Wessels Tire Center!).
The weekend included the SAFE organization's "Walk A Mile In Her shoes" Friday during Hamilton's retail "Moonlight Madness" sales event. The Fall Fest west of Victor Saturday raised money for those affected by the Roaring Lion fire. The final Hamilton Farmers Market for the season was Saturday morning. Trout Unlimited had their annual dinner Friday. The Lost Trail Ski Patrol provided the great deals on used sports equipment with the ski swap. Diavolo dance company delighted the audience of the Bitterroot Performing Arts Series Saturday night. The Hamilton Players held the Daly Mansion Murder Mystery dinners.
And then there were the high school sports with football, soccer, volleyball and cross country contests beginning to wrap up their fall seasons.
We hope you enjoyed at least a portion of the weekend happenings in the valley. And there's more to come.
KLYQ 1240 AM tries to keep everyone up to date every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. with Bitterroot Morning. And, of course, there's the Event Show for an hour each Friday morning at 8 a.m.
