Finally, a round haybale has been decorated in Hamilton - and just in time for Thanksgiving.

We've enjoyed the business-sponsored haybales that show up during Ronan's Harvest Festival each year along US 93.

And now, some enterprising folks at Lambros Realty in Hamilton have designed one for the Bitterroot Valley. We at KLYQ 1240 AM Radio applaud you!

By the way, enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday. And, we all have leftovers. Here are some tips about food safety.

LEFTOVER TIPS (courtesy of Montana's Department of Public Health and Human Services):

  • Leftovers should be put away within 2 hours of eating. Make sure everything cools properly.
  • Use small, shallow containers for best cooling effect.
  • Leftovers should always be reheated to 165 degrees F.
  • Leftover gravy should be brought to a boil.
  • Leftovers are only good for three (3) days. (Sunday NFL football snacks?)
  • After three days, into the freezer!
  • By the way, KLYQ will not have an edition of "The Event Show" Friday, November 25. Our next Friday morning show will be December 2.
