High School Sports in Victor Forced to Delay or Move Because of Smoke
According to Dan Johnston, the principal of Victor high school, multiple sporting events in Victor have had to be relocated out of town due to the hazardous levels of smoke in the Bitterroot valley.
Both of Saturday’s middle school and varsity football games game against Lincoln will be moved to Arlee high school
The middle school game will start at 10 a.m.
The varsity football game will now start at 1:00 p.m.
A volleyball game originally scheduled to be played be played at 4:00 will now be played at 5:30 p.m. in Victor. The volleyball game has been delayed to allow officials and parents that attend the Arlee football games enough time to make it back to Victor before the volleyball game begins.
