It's called the Hunt Roster and it's where names will be drawn for some special Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks hunts.

Each year, FWP conducts hunts where game have damaged private land or where elk may spread brucellosis to livestock. Archery season antlerless deer B licenses will also be awarded to names in the Hunt Roster. You have until July 15 to sign up.

Damage hunts and management seasons can be anywhere between August 15, 2014, through February 15, 2015, according to a news release from Joleen Tadej of FWP. Elk removal operations are often in the winter and early spring. Brucellosis risk hunts could happen after February 15.

The FWP office in Missoula has more information. The Montana FWP website has the "Hunt Roster" on the home page.
