The Hamilton High School gymnasium was loud with fans rooting on their favorite players from valley high schools in the annual Kiwanis All-Valley All Star Basketball Classic.

Teams were made up of former opponents as many of the students played their last high school game in this final event of the basketball season.

For the record in scoring, for the boys - the light team beat the dark team 88 to 83.
For the girls, the dark team team defeated the light team 65 to 56.

High point player for the boys was Jared Schultz of Stevensville. The Yellowjacket scored 23 points. Levi Clagett had 20 points. Josh Heath of Hamilton scored 14 points, but picked up four 3-pointers.

The girls high point player was Hamilton's Sami Kratofil with 21 points. Keely Ehmann of Darby scored 12 points including three 3-pointers.

This was the 22nd Classic for the Kiwanis Club, which uses money raised from the event for youth programs in the Bitterroot Valley.
