Miss Montana Danielle Wineman is making a tour of some Bitterroot Valley schools this week with her anti-bullying program.

Wineman, a 23-year-old from Cut Bank, was crowned in June. She has been touring the state with her program against bullying and is been to almost 100 schools so far.

She talks about students playing a part in other people's lives, saying, "You can be the cool supporting sidekick character, or you can be a villain."

Often, she concludes her program with a song or two on the piano.

Miss Montana will be at:

  • Florence-Carlton 6-12 at 2 p.m. Wednesday
