As might be expected following this week's snowfall, the mountain passes of Montana and Idaho are a scene of winter wonderland.

They're in good travel condition, however, with snowplows clearing the way for holiday drivers. Alost every Montana pass on the morning of December 24 reported some snow and ice. Rogers Pass, by Great Falls on MT 200, reported its usual blowing and drifting snow. McDonald Pass, near Helena, also had some blowing and drifting at the top of the pass.

No significant snowfall is expected in the next couple of days, though there is a good chance of some fog in areas.

Be careful and have a Merry Christmas!
