Montana Photos and Stories at Hamilton PAC Wednesday
October 16, 2012 8:24 PM Renowned photographer and UM Geography teacher Rick Graetz and his wife, Susie, will bring their stories and photos to the Hamilton Performing Arts Center Wednesday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m.
The evening, “This Is Montana,” will take from the Graetz’s new book of the same name, which is a collection of 151 essays and 124 photographs by the couple. The book also will be available at the PAC for $25, with half the proceeds benefiting the Bitterroot College in Hamilton.
Donations Wednesday evening will provide start-up funds for health and natural sciences programming and student support services.
The admission is only $5 for adults, $3 for students and seniors. Tickets will be available at the door of the Performing Arts Center at Hamilton High School.
Graetz is co-director of the UM Crown of the Continent initiative and the founder of Montana Magazine. He and Susie have written 19 books about Montana.
