The BitterRodders were allowed on the tarmac at the Ravalli County Airport Saturday for the annual Wings and Wheels Show. This year, there were no national stunt fliers but there were demonstrations of drones and some accuracy contests for local pilots. The local Amateur Radio Club had one of their 'field days' with their ham radio operations.

And, of course, the cars. The cars ranged from classic restorations to some mighty shiny customized rods that were lined up on the north end of the airport, right next to where the Pilots Association were having their benefit fly-in breakfast. The pancakes were huge and the sausage was tasty, along with some fresh watermelon. There was also a fine selection of 'food trucks' with a variety of tastes. By the way, another major air show is being planned. When we have details, we'll let you know.
