Mr Bronc competition helps Emma’s House

Hamilton High School’s spoof on beauty contests, the Mr Bronc pageant turned out to be great fundraiser for Emma’s House in Hamilton.
The HHS Student Council earned $1,000 from admission to the event at the Hamilton High School Performing Arts Center in April. The competition between Spencer Kanenwisher, Garrison Wood, Steffan Stewart, Cody Noffsinger, Jake Wood and the winner Zander Smith included formal wear, interview, talent and “swimsuit.” The opening number was choreographed by Sophie Forslund and Vasha Rao.
Val Widmer, Director of Emma’s House, was grateful for the donation, saying, “I was amazed that they raised so much money – it was the best fundraiser we’ve had all year.”
