Update – Palmer’s Drug Robbery Suspect Appears In Court

22 year-old Ryan Mitchell Rudh appeared in Missoula Justice Court Wednesday afternoon for the felony armed robbery of Palmer’s Drug on Saturday.
Rudh was identified after surveillance photos of a person of interest were released to the media and an employee of a local business recognized him as a recent customer.
Acting on this information, the Investigators made contact with Rudh who was transported to the Missoula Police Department where he was interviewed and admitted his involvement in the robbery. Evidence supporting his involvement was located at his residence.
Rudh was transported to the Missoula County Detention Center where he was booked in for Robbery. Judge Karen Orzech placed Rudh back in the Missoula County Jail on $50,000 bond.
Lt. Sandy Kosena says the suspect never actually brandished a weapon during the crime, but detectives are still investigating.
