Patty Lovaas; County Relents, Allows Access to Absentee Applications [AUDIO]

I spoke with Missoula CPA Patty Lovaas early Saturday morning regarding the dispute over public access to the County’s absentee ballot application forms. That interview is attached. Lovaas says Deputy County Attorney Dori Brownlow communicated via e-mail that the lawsuit the County had filed had been dropped, and that Lovaas would be provided access to the applications. Lovaas credits public pressure for the County’s change of heart.
