The official canvass of the Hamilton, Darby and Stevensville city elections and the Corvallis School levy election was completed Tuesday at the Ravalli County Administration Building.

Election Administrator Regina Plettenberg said there was no change in the outcomes of the November 7th election, with just a few provisional votes added to the mix. She was pleased with the large voter turnout.

Darby had the highest voter turnout with 51 percent of the registered voters sending in their mail-in ballots. Hamilton as 43 percent and Stevensville 40 percent.

The Corvallis levy election had a large absentee ballot number, but also more than expected at the school polling place on election day. Added together, 44 percent of the voters cast ballots, passing the levy by a wide margin.
