The Ravalli County Fair, August 31-September 3, is a great exhibitors' fair. But you need to be thinking ahead if you have something to enter.

Friday, August 12, is the deadline for your entry form at the Ravalli County Fair office. You've got until the end of the month to get your entry finished, but the paperwork is due right away!

The fair office is open until 5 p.m. Friday, and on-line entries (no livestock) will accepted until 11:59 p.m. Friday night.

No late entries will be accepted, according to fair officials.

If you are a Ravalli County Fair Poetry Contest entrant, the poem itself must be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday. The winners will be reading their poems on the KLYQ Entertainment stage on the first day of the fair, August 31, at 12 noon.

Entry forms are in the Exhibitors Handbook, available throughout the valley and at the fair office at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in Hamilton. The handbook (and entry form) is also on the Fair website.
