Ravalli County Museum Records Some “Bumps in the Night”
The Saturday evening and Halloween night tours of the Ravalli County Museum may just record some signs of the “other side.”
Armed with specialized recording equipment, the Ghost Tours have already picked up some unusual results – including odd shadows and patches of cold air.
It should be expected, since the museum is the original Ravalli County Courthouse with a second story courtroom and judges’ chambers. The creaky, wooden floors are original from when the building was constructed, and the odd behavior of the fairly recently added elevator has been noted … and explained, maybe.
Whatever the stories, you have a chance to be part of an investigation Saturday night and Halloween night from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. During breaks in tours of the building, there will be some rune and numerology reading.
There are just a few openings left at $20 for members of the museum ($25 for non-members). The event is not recommended for children. No one under 14 will be allowed and those under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
