Supreme Court Hears Arguments On Constitutionality Of Health Care Law

Oral arguments began today at the United States Supreme Court regarding the constitutionality of the Affordable Health Care Act, also known as Obama Care. I spoke with Senior Fellow for Constitutional Studies at the Independence Institute Rob Natelson on Monday about the input his organization has had on the Health Care Act. That interview is attached.
Natelson is also a senior fellow at the Montana Policy Institute, and a former law professor at the University of Montana.
