Scams Target The Elderly [AUDIO]
Spring is the time that criminals come out of the woodwork to scam you out of your money or personal information. I spoke with Missoula Police Crime Prevention Officer Rob Scheben about the schemes targeted at the elderly among us. That interview is attached. Scheben says if the phone pitch sound too good to be true, it probably isn’t, and to just hang up on the caller, then contact the police or the Federal Trade Commission for help.
