Scott Boulinger Appointed by Ravalli Commission to State Legislature

Boulanger, a Darby area outfitter, was appointed to fill out Bob Lake’s term in Senate District 45 from Ravalli County. Lake won election to the Public Service Commission in the November election.
The Ravalli County Republican Central Committee conducted interviews and narrowed the choices for the County Commission to three – Boulanger, Hollis Poe and Gary Carlson. The three were interviewed Friday morning by the commissioners. Friday afternoon, Commissioner Jeff Burrows moved to appoint Boulanger and the commission passed the motion.
Boulanger was born in Connecticut and moved to Montana in 1991. He, his wife, and three children live in Darby and operates an outfitting business – Circle KBL Outfitters.
I talked to Boulanger immediately after his appointment.
