The search for a missing Sidney area school teacher has been expanded. 43-year-old Sherry Arnold was reported missing Saturday, when she failed to return from a run.
The FBI says the possibility of abduction is under investigation. Officials have found what appears to be one of her shoes alongside one of her running routes this weekend.
The search has been concentrated in an area north of Sidney, about 10 square miles. Hundreds of volunteers have been assisting in the search.
School superintendent Daniel Farr said Arnold is an algebra teacher who has taught in the Sidney system for 18 years. Her husband, Gary, works in the school district's administrative offices, and they have three children.
Any information on her disappearance can be called in to 406-433-2210.
