Missoula County Search and Rescue was called out at about 10:30 Sunday night to look for two missing snowmobilers in the Seeley Lake area.
Deputy Bob Parcells with the county sheriff’s department says the two Helena men went into the area Sunday afternoon and have not been heard from since.
Parcells says the area has received significan snowfall, so the snowmobile tracks are difficult to follow. The falling snow is also keeping any aircraft that might be able to assist on the ground.
The search went on all night, and will continue throughout the day.
