The Ravalli County Fair Parade is Wednesday, August 28 at 10 a.m. in Hamilton.

As always, the parade starts at the west end of Main Street, in the area of north 7th and 8th Streets, and heads east on Hamilton's Main Street, turning onto North 2nd Street for the finish.

There is no entry fee to be in the parade, but you need to register yourself, your group, your business, your animals or your float. That way, you might receive an award in the many categories.

To sign up, head on over the Bitterroot Valley Chamber of Commerce office at 105 East Main, by the Safeway parking lot in Hamilton. If you have questions, call them at (406) 363-2400.

If you don't want to be in the parade, make sure you are part of the crowd watching Wednesday, August 28. Then head to the Ravalli County Fairgrounds for the fair!
