At 11 a.m. Saturday, April 15, a skydiver dressing in a full rabbit suit jumped out of an airplane and floated down to a field full of plastic Easter eggs, surrounded by waiting children and parents.

At touchdown, the egg hunt scamble began with short work made of finding the eggs in the annual tradition at the Ravalli County Airport east of Hamilton.

Eggs hunts were scheduled throughout the weekend in the Bitterroot Valley, including the massive Hamilton Eagles event at 1 p.m. Easter Sunday at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds.

But the only one with "falling hare" was at the airport. Here's a video.
